Zeaxanthin Powder is mainly used in food, medicine and health care products.

The zeaxanthin powder is obtained from marigold fresh flower under the process of fermentation, extraction, concentration, saponification, separation and other crafts. Its main components are lutein and dextrin.

Function and Usage: Zeaxanthin is one of the major components of the macular pigment. The macula is packed with color-sensitive photoreceptor cells and is responsible for sharp vision. Zeaxanthin is rich in corn. Zeaxanthin is found in the macula of the human retina, as well as the human crystalline lens. It is thought to play a role in protection against age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and age-related cataract formation. It may also be protective against some forms of cancer. This carotenoids are sometimes referred to as macular yellow, retinal carotenoids or macular pigment. 

The using method: add directly and use mixed, use all the product once we get it out from the package or keep it in airproof conditions.

Characteristics: yellow powder, more than 90% under 80 mesh sieve. No unpleasant smell, slightly soluble in water and vegetable oils, easily soluble in 80% or above ethanol. PH value of 1% water solution is from 7.5-8.
